Patch for libnet for cygwin users

Hello,

Thanks to John K. Helton who mailed me a few days ago, i have updated
the "patch pack" for cygwin users.

Cygwin has updated its aclocal tool (and automake tool) to version
1.8.5. The problem is that macro defined in acinclude.m4 are now written
in a deprecated way. Type under cygwin :

info '(automake)Extending aclocal'

for more details.

So i made a patch for this file to avoid errors with aclocal 1.8.5.
